Rituals with Pandit Ji & Samagri in Antim Sanskar
- Placing on the Arthi (Funeral Bier)
On a bamboo or wooden arthi, the body rests.
We apply a garland, flowers, and sandalwood paste.
Family members offer prayers before departure.
- Final Journey to Cremation Ground
Pandit Ji recites mantras and leads the procession.
Male family members carry the arthi.
Samagri Used: Agarbatti, camphor, flowers, Ganga Jal.
- Mukhagni / Antim Sanskar
At the cremation ground, the Pandit performs havan.
The closest male (usually a son) performs mukhagni (lighting the pyre).
Pandit chants Vedic mantras to release the soul.

- Post-Cremation Rituals
The Pandit collects the Ashes (Asthi) after 1–2 days.
